BETA TERMS

Use Jobza
honestly.

These plain-language rules apply to the public Jobza beta in Gauteng. They set expectations for candidates, employers and other participants while the service is tested.

CORE RULES

A fair marketplace needs accurate information.

Eligibility and accounts

Use your own account, provide accurate information and keep access secure. Do not impersonate a person or organisation, scrape private records, disrupt the service or try to bypass access controls.

Candidates

Submit truthful qualifications and work history. Review the employer and role independently. A listing, status or Jobza marker does not guarantee an interview, offer, working condition or payment.

Employers

Post genuine, lawful roles with clear duties, location, work arrangement, requirements, pay basis and closing date. Use candidate information only for the role and recruitment purpose for which it was shared.

Prohibited conduct

No application fees, advance-payment schemes, misleading claims, unlawful discrimination, harassment, credential theft, unsolicited resale of data or requests for passwords, PINs and one-time codes.

Review and enforcement

Jobza may withhold, reject, pause or close jobs and suspend organisation verification when information is incomplete, unsafe, misleading or outside the beta. Decisions and reports may be recorded for audit and safety.

Beta availability

Features, eligibility and access may change, pause or end. Jobza does not promise uninterrupted availability, a minimum number of jobs or candidates, or a particular recruitment outcome.

QUESTIONS AND SAFETY

Report concerns early.
