Carry out flood-frequency assessments supporting dam safety, validate hydrological evidence and contribute to deterministic, empirical and statistical analyses and technical reporting.

Key requirements

• A BSc Honours or relevant science qualification and compulsory professional Natural Scientist registration with SACNASP.
• Three years of post-qualification natural-science experience; flood analysis, hydraulic modelling or water-resource simulation experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's licence, travel availability, analytical skill and technical-writing ability.
